Bar exam question bank
Each fact-pattern question gives a realistic set of facts, a call of the question, and four plausible choices. After every answer you see the rule that decides it and why each choice is right or wrong. There are 4008 of these, written for this course and keyed to the same sourced rules as the lessons. They are not NCBE items. Use the official practice center for those. A second set of 1704 short rule drills tests recall of rules, attack order, traps, and distinctions. They are quick retrieval practice, not exam-style questions, so the bank opens on the fact-pattern set.
