NCBE currently administers 60 four-choice questions in two hours. Fifty questions are scored and ten are unscored pretest items. The questions and pretest items are mixed, so answer every item.
The useful distinction is between knowing the label and controlling the task. On the examination, identify what the call asks, select the governing authority, use only legally significant facts, address a genuine counterpoint, and complete the requested product. In the admissions process, route the same question to the authority and deadline governing the exact jurisdiction and administration.
